A variety of family friendly cultural activities including Cherokee marble making and games, bow making, pottery, basket weaving, and beadwork, among others, will be conducted throughout the day in the Cherokee Capitol Square. Festival goers will enjoy appetizingly authentic Cherokee cuisine including Kanuchi; Wild Onions and Eggs; Poke; Fry Bread; Hog Meat; and Fried Meat and Fruit Pies. Cherokee fare will be presented on the Cherokee Capitol Square. The day's music scene will feature live performances from around the area. This year the festival will have two stages of entertainment: one on the Cherokee Capitol Square and the other in Norris Park. The music will continue throughout the day until 11 p.m. In addition to music, Tahlequah Ballet Company will be conducting live performances on stage. The Wine & Beer Garden will showcase leading wineries and some of the finest micro-brews. The Garden will exclusively feature wines and beers from Oklahoma. The Wine and Beer Garden, along with other concessions, will be located at Norris Park.
